Pensacola, Florida – Darrell Hyatt, a courageous man who battled serious health challenges for over a year, tragically passed away after a prolonged struggle with congestive heart failure and cancer.
At just 52 years old, Darrell’s health had been in rapid decline. He was hospitalized with a heart ejection fraction of less than 10%, and his internal organs, including his liver and kidneys, were beginning to shut down. Despite his strength and determination, he ultimately succumbed to his health issues.
Darrell, who faced this battle without close family support, was in need of assistance for medical and end-of-life care. In response, a fundraiser was organized by Margaret Kaye to help cover the mounting expenses.
The family shared that Darrell’s passing has left them heartbroken. "We are praying for a miracle, but we must also prepare for the worst," the family wrote. The campaign to help Darrell was met with an outpouring of support from the community, and several kind-hearted donations were made in his honor.
Details about memorial services will be announced at a later time.
