Kokomo, Indiana – Mark A. McAninch, a devoted father and cherished member of his community, tragically passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 56.
Mark’s unexpected death from a heart attack has left his family and friends in deep sorrow.
His children, Bri and Austin, are now working diligently to honor his memory and lay him to rest.
Mark had been living in Florida at the time of his passing, and his body was flown back to Indiana, where he will be laid to rest at Albright Cemetery.
Known for his warm heart and sense of humor, Mark was a person who never knew a stranger and was always willing to help anyone in need.
A beloved father and friend, his family shared that he will always be remembered for his zest for life and his ability to bring joy to every situation.
As his daughter Bri wrote in a heartfelt post, “Our dad will always be remembered for his zest for life, his ability to be the life of the party, and his sense of silliness and humor in any situation.”
Mark’s funeral arrangements are still being finalized, and his family has expressed gratitude for any support, including prayers, during this difficult time.
