Marlborough, Massachusetts – Steve Uliss, the founder, executive chef, and pitmaster of Firefly’s BBQ, tragically passed away on November 22, 2024.
His unexpected death has left a deep void in the hearts of his family, friends, and the loyal customers who frequented his popular barbecue restaurant.
Uliss was known for his passion for the art of slow-cooked meats and his commitment to creating a warm, welcoming environment at Firefly’s BBQ.
Under his leadership, the restaurant became a local favorite, renowned for its tender brisket, slow-cooked ribs, and flavorful pulled pork.
His dedication to his craft and his community made him a beloved figure in Marlborough.
